OUR FOUNDER
Elder Jacqueline Carter
Born in Harlem, NY, Elder Carter is a passionate minister, leader, and community servant. Licensed in ministry since 1982 and ordained in 1998, she has led numerous women’s and outreach ministries across NY and GA, including Free Women in Christ and P.U.S.H. Rally. A proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to Music, she continues to serve with heart and purpose—through revivals, chaplaincy, and street ministry. Her life is anchored in Psalm 37:5 and her mission is clear: to lead Women Blessing Women in love, purpose, and faith.
Elder Carter was baptized at an early age at the New Hope Institutional Baptist Church, Amityville, NY under the pastorate of the Late Rev. Ira James. She received her license in the Gospel ministry in 1982 and serves the Lord in various capacities in the church.

She is the proud mother of two daughters: TaLisa (Dr. Carter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Justice, Law & Criminology at American University, Washington, D.C.) and Nancyia (United States Army Veteran). She is also the GiGi to Music. In 1991, the family membership moved to Liberty Baptist Church, Brooklyn, NY under the pastorate of Rev. Curlee Windham, Sr. Pastor Windham and the Manhattan Council of the Eastern Baptist Association ordained Elder Carter in 1998.
God has blessed Elder Carter to lead multiple ministries including serving as the Chaplain for the Salvation Army's Wayside Home School for Girls in Valley Stream, NY, the President of Free Women in Christ, Savannah, GA chapter, the Savannah President of the P.U.S.H. Rally (Pray Until Something Happens), and a member of Women’s Aglow Women’s Ministry in Nassau County, NY. Elder Carter also ministers in revivals, witnesses on the street, facilitates sessions at retreats, and leads fellowship in hospitals.
Elder Carter loves the word, Psalms 37:5 is her favorite scripture. She also enjoys music ministry where her favorite song is "Only What You Do For Christ Will Last".
